Krystal is a recent graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelors degree in Biodiversity and Conservation. She has been involved in research to classify tide pool ecology along the Oregon coast and has designed experiments to revitalize traditional agriculture in Saipipi Samoa. She is currently volunteering with the Bingham Research Center in air quality research, helping to build and program instrumentation and research the sources of ozone pollution in the Uintah Basin.
